I, too, dream of being kabe-don'd

Kabe-don (壁ドン)

Kabe-don is a romantic trope seen in various shoujo anime and manga. Kabe means “wall” and don is a Japanese onomatopoeia for the thud of hitting a wall. Usually, this is where a tough (sometimes tsundere) character backs another character against the wall, resulting the latter pounding the wall with their fist with one or both arms. It invokes a cool feeling, making the one being pinned against the wall go all doki-doki like this girl here--

[The one doing the pinning.]

[ Why. He was just in the art classroom after school hours minding his own business. Kisumi, why? ]

[Why? Because it's Kisumi we're talking about. After he entered the art classroom, he didn't waste time as he approached the boy. Kisumi pressed his hands against the wall, trapping Haru between his arms. While he was looking down at the boy with a playful smile tugging at the corners of his lips, Kisumi slowly leaned forward.]

I've been looking for you.

[ He stares at Kisumi, a slight pout on his face as he thinks about how he could be drawing right now. Or doing origami, he likes that too.

He glances to the sides. There's no one else here, right? ]

...Why?

[Truth to be told, Kisumi would probably do this even if someone was around. But yes, they are only the two of them. Which makes Kisumi even bolder than usual. The pout is a bit alarming, though. Something has to be done about that, right?]

Because I haven't seen you for so long.

[Like few hours, but that's enough for him.]

Everyone went home already, huh?

[His smile just grows wider as he locks his eyes on Haru.]

It hasn't been that long.

[ How did he end up hanging out with such a needy boy? Haru isn't sure he knows how that even happened. ]

I only go here after everyone's left.

[ And the look on Kisumi's face is embarrassing. ]

It's been ages!

[Needy and clingy.]

Oh, really? Hey, maybe you were hoping that I'll come here, hm?

[Kisumi chuckles softly, leaning his forehead against his.]

We saw each other this morning.

[ Really? And Haru who likes personal space (most of the time). First Touya, and now Kisumi. Of course he wouldn't be approached by people who like keeping to themselves, since they wouldn't approach anyone. ]

Not really.

[ Okay, now he's blushing for real. ]

[The term personal space doesn't apply especially if the other's party name is Haru. Which seems to be the case now, too...]

Aww, shy as always.

[His blushing face is the cutest, no one is telling Kisumi otherwise. Upon seeing his brightly red cheeks, Kisumi can't help himself and presses a kiss against Haru's lips.]

I'm not shy, you're just annoy-

[ But he's interrupted by lips on his, and he has to cut himself off or he'll bite Kisumi's lip. And such things are only supposed to be done intentionally.

For a while he just stands there, then he drops the painting brush to the floor. His face might be burning right now, but he's going to act like it isn't and kiss him right back. ]

[He pulls away after a short while. Going all the way right from the start would be no fun, not when he can tease Haru.]

Annoyingly kissable, that's what you wanted to say?

[Kisumi chuckled and nipped at his bottom lip.]

[ Haru's face turned another shade of red, very much embarrassed. ]

...No. Just annoyingghh...

[ The nip to his lip felt too good and was too well timed for him to keep in the little noise it drew out of him. ]

[When Kisumi pulled away, his bottom lip curls into a pout, but the playful sparkle in the eyes is still here.]

Always so cold and yet...

[He brushes over Haru's lip with his thumb, gazing down at him.]

You like this, don't you?

[ He shudders, and bites his own lip. Really. ]

...Shut up.

[ He's not going to admit that he does, that would be far too embarrassing. ]

I'm hurt.

[Maybe it would sound more legitimate if he wasn't smiling softly.

But he knows one great method to make someone (himself included) shut up. And this is nothing else than another heated kiss.]

Liar.

[ He pouts up at him, but is distracted by another kiss. He makes sure Kisumi doesn't break it right away, wrapping his arms around his neck to keep him there and make sure he doesn't say more embarrassing things. ]

[That is the most efficient and enjoyable way, hands down. Kisumi doesn't even have the time to think about what he'd like to say; instead he decides to focus on the kiss, which he breaks only when they're both short on breath. Even then he doesn't pull away too far, panting against Haru's lips.]

Mmm...one more...

[ Kissing is nice, and Kisumi is a lot better at it than Haru is. It's a bit surprising that Kisumi hasn't gotten bored of him yet, actually, especially since he's just that gloomy boy everyone bullies. ]

Not if you keep talking like that.

Haru, you're such a tease.

[Kisumi doesn't mind Haru's attitude towards many things, although he'd love to see him smile more often. And of course, he can't accept other's bullying him. He always tried to protect him when he was around, but he didn't know if that was enough.]

I'll pose for you for one more kiss. Sounds fair, right?

Am not.

[ Ugh, he keeps saying such awkward things even though he told him not to. ]

I don't have the qualifications to draw people.

[ There is a certain thing you have to do to the person you paint before you get to paint them. ]

[And yet he thought his plan was perfect; Haru brushed it off so easily. And he's no expert on art either.]

So cold, so cold, so cold!

[He whines as he nuzzles into his shoulder. Truth to be told, he's trying to buy himself some time to think of something else.]

Yeah, I am.

[ Well... He'll let him do that then. He really wasn't qualified though, as he had always been told that you could only draw a person you really really loved. And with Kisumi... he liked him, but was he really at that point? ]

[Kisumi whines for a little longer but since it doesn't work really well he tilts his head to the side and places a soft kiss against Haru's neck.]

I don't mind, though...

[ A small shiver runs through his body at the light kiss. ]

Mhm...

[Kisumi likes the sound he's just heard and places a few more kisses on his neck, trailing them up to his jawline.]

I just need to give you some of my warmness, right?
